Exercise Check In

Okay... I did roll over and go back to sleep for about an hour this morning. The cool air in the bedroom sans rain was refreshing for a change and I just couldn't pass it up. It was remembering I needed to put the birdfeeder out that got my feet on the floor.

So here are my stats for today:

30min./ 1 mi./ 185 cal.

I think it's a little better than yesteday and it will improve with time and persistence.

And the Journey continues...
